Who we are

This website is operated by Boiler Grant Check Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK Government or Ofgem. We connect homeowners with MCS-certified and TrustMark-registered installers, and we may receive a fee when we make an introduction.

What the service is

The site provides general information about UK government heating grant schemes and a free eligibility checker. If you submit an enquiry with your consent, we introduce you to up to 3 heating installers who are MCS-certified or TrustMark-registered. The service is free to you; participating installers may pay us a fee for introductions.

What the service is not

  • Not a guarantee of eligibility. The checker gives a likely result based on your answers and the public scheme rules. Final eligibility is always decided by the scheme administrator (such as Ofgem), the funding supplier or your council, after a proper survey.
  • Not financial or professional advice. Costs and savings shown are typical figures, not quotes. Get written quotes before making decisions.
  • Not the installer. Any contract for work is between you and the installer. We are not a party to it and are not liable for the installer's work, though we only introduce certified firms and we want to hear about problems at hello@boilergrantcheck.co.uk.

Accuracy

Grant amounts and rules are checked against GOV.UK and each page carries the date we last verified it. Scheme rules and deadlines change, sometimes at short notice, so always confirm the current position before committing to work. We accept no liability for losses arising from scheme changes after our stated verification date.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false enquiries, scrape the lead form, or misuse the site to harvest data. We may block traffic that does.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to £100, reflecting that the service is free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
